Saturday night on Fox, the weekend's NFL playoff schedule rolls on, as the Atlanta Falcons and Green Bay Packers meet in the Georgia Dome. When these teams met on Nov. 28, the Falcons edged the Packers, 20-17.
NFL Playoff Schedule: Matt Ryan’s Falcons, Aaron Rodgers’ Packers Square Off On Saturday Night

8 p.m. - Kickoff.
8:02 - Each sideline notices that Brett Favre is no longer on the other sideline.
8:03 - Falcons coach Mike Smith rips his playbook into shreds, then frantically runs up and down the sideline making a "writing" gesture with one hand and asking whether anyone "has a pen or pencil or something."
8:03 - Packers coach Mike McCarthy digs through his pockets and eventually finds a short pencil and a putt-putt golf scorecard on which to write.
8:04 - Falcons running back Michael Turner asks Smith how he was unaware that Brett Favre no longer plays for the Packers. Smith explains that he prefers not to get his news from media sources. After Turner presses him for an answer, Smith admits that he keeps up on NFL news via packs of 2003 Topps and NFL-themed Trapper Keepers.
8:05 - McCarthy and quarterback Aaron Rodgers argue over whether pencils at putt-putt courses are intended to be complimentary. Rodgers loudly exclaims that "it ain't dang hotel soap, you can't just take it."
8:10 - Falcons owner Arthur Blank learns of Smith's complete lack of preparation, and demands to see the impromptu playbook he has written on a cocktail napkin. Smith sheepishly shows Blank that he has written nothing. "Get it?" he says. "Arthur Blank?" He is fired.
8:14 - McCarthy desperately tries to fit play diagrams into the margins of his putt-putt scorecard. His pencil breaks. Upon fetching a pencil sharpener, he wonders aloud whether he is the first man in history ever to sharpen a putt-putt golf pencil.
FINAL SCORE: Falcons 7-over, Packers 9-over. Score disputed, as the Packers claim that a three-stroke penalty should be imposed for “just hitting the ball against the wall of the cave thing.”
