The St. Louis Rams have had a forgettable season starting the season 0-5 and staring 0-7 in the face with games coming up against the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints. The news doesn't get any better out of St. Louis asSteve Spagnuolo has said QB Sam Bradford has a high ankle sprain.
Sam Bradford Injury: Rams QB Reportedly Has High Ankle Sprain
More bad news for the Rams as Steve Spagnuolo announced that QB Sam Bradford has a high ankle sprain.
Bradford suffered the injury in the Rams loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
There's no word on his availability but that type of injury can cost a player multiple weeks of action. Bradford will have some trouble practicing this week so backup A.J. Feeley should see increased reps throughout the week.
Bad news for St. Louis. Like the Rams’ team, Bradford is having a season to forget completing under 53 percent of his passes with just three touchdowns. This is his third year, when many players take a big jump forward, and it appears he’s taking a step back.
Bradford’s status is something to keep an eye on because playing on a high ankle sprain would be difficult no matter the severity of the sprain.
