San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore has been limited all week in practice. Gore was asked if he would be at full strength on Sunday against the Eagles. His response: "I don't know, man," Gore said. "I really don't know. If I can't go, I can't go." That doesn't sound very optimistic, especially if you're a Gore owner in Fantasy Football. Typically, Gore is the kind of player who does not want to come off the field and give up snaps, so the fact that he isn't sure if he's going to play against the Philadelphia Eagles is pretty telling.
Frank Gore Injury Update: The Dreaded “Game Time Decision”
If Gore can't go, the 49ers will likely turn to rookie Kendall Hunter. Hunter only has 11 carries for 30 yards and a touchdown on the season, but he's getting significantly more playing time than Anthony Dixon and Hunter showed out well during the preseason.
