Jermichael Finley Status Update: Expected To Play Through Ankle Injury

Green Bay Packer's tight end Jermichael Finley was limited in practice on Friday with an ankle injury, though he is expected to play. The Packers would probably be just fine without Finley in the line up against the Denver Broncos, but having him likely will not hurt. Finley opens up a lot in the Packers offense and is a nightmare for teams to cover.

Don’t be afraid to play Finley in your line up these week even with his injury. The Broncos defense struggles to cover the pass, especially tight ends. While he’s unlikely to duplicate his three touchdown performance from last week, Finley is averaging nearly 70 receiving yards a game. Most fantasy experts have Finley as the No. 1 tight end play this week, so there’s no reason not to play Finley if you have him on your roster.
