A Sports League Moves One Step Closer To Taking Over The World

There’s rich, and then there’s wealthy. In relative terms... “Rich” is the sports league that turns an occasional profit and appreciates in value over time. “Wealthy” is the league making so much money they’re going to start their own venture capital fund to make early-stage investments in promising start-ups. Deals that’ll eventually make the league even more money, in addition to aligning the league with companies and technologies that’ll shape the future.

↵Reading all that... Is it even a question which league we’re talking about here? Two and a Half Men jokes aside, it’s kind of terrifying how much the NFL’s grown in the past 10 years. And clearly, they’re just getting started.
