VIDEO: Tim Tebow Touchdown, Broncos Don’t Attempt Pass

The Broncos may have found the secret to effectively using Tim Tebow. In the first quarter against the Chiefs, Denver ran the ball 14 times and did not attempt one pass.

The Broncos marched down the field against the Chiefs on an 8-play, 57-yard drive ... without throwing a pass. Tebow capped the drive by rushing into the end zone from seven yards out. The score put the Broncos up 7-0 in the first quarter against Kansas City.

Here’s the video highlight of the Tebow score:

The score marked Tebow’s eighth career rushing touchdown, second-most in Broncos team history. He’s got a little ways to go to get the record. Some guy named John Elway had 33 rushing touchdowns in Denver.

Tebow will need to carry the offense against the Chiefs on Sunday. Denver running backs Willis McGahee and Knowshon Moreno are both hurt. The Broncos will need Tebow to pass with all the injuries in the backfield.
