Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee suffered a wrist injury in the Cowboys loss to the Eagles last week and the initial diagnosis was a dislocated wrist. An MRI taken this week confirmed that Lee's wrist is dislocated and he will not play in Week 9 against the Seahawks, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Lee hurt the wrist last weekend against the Eagles and didn’t return. He did say that he would play with a cast, without getting surgery, and that he hoped to be available in Week 9.

“I’m hoping I could play next week,” said Lee, who had his wrist in a brace after the game. “I couldn’t return tonight. The doctors would not let me out there. Hopefully I can get it re-evaluated and it’ll be all right.”

But that won’t be happening, at least not Week 9. This is a blow to the Cowboys because Lee’s developing into a playmaker with three interceptions on the season. He’s the Cowboys’ leading tackler by a wide margin, according to the team’s statistics.

Keith Brooking and Bradie James will replace him. It's unclear how long he'll be out but Schefter characterizes it as "possibly well beyond" Week 9.

Add in Mike Jenkins’ hamstring injury and the Cowboys aren’t looking very hot on the injury front. Check out SB Nation’s Blogging The Boys where they’re talking about all the injuries racked up.
