Chiefs Vs. Patriots: Julian Edelman Returns A Punt For TD

The New England Patriots trailed early to the Kansas City Chiefs 3-0, but since about midway through the second quarter, it's been all Patriots. Tom Brady connected with Rob Gronkowski twice for touchdowns and a field goal was added before halftime. Even with the Patriots secondary decimated with injuries, the Chiefs offense couldn't move the football. Wide receiver and kick returner Julian Edelman had to take some snaps at defensive back for the Patriots and also plays on special teams, both units.

He made his presence felt in the third quarter after a Chiefs punt, returning the kick 66-yards for a touchdown, increasing the Patriots lead to 24-3. On the ensuing kickoff, Edelman shed a block and tackled the kick returner.
