NFL Picks And Predictions Week 12: Dolphins Vs. Cowboys

Miami Dolphins Head Coach Tony Sparano has much to be thankful for, including a three-game win streak. Can they keep it going in a Thanksgiving Day matchup against the Dallas Cowboys?

A month ago, predicting this game would have been much easier than it is following the Miami Dolphins' three-game win streak. Matt Moore rides a hot streak into Dallas, completing 70 percent of his passes with six touchdowns and one interception during these last three games. Dallas is no stuffed turkey on Thanksgiving Day games, having won five of their last six Thanksgiving games. So who will win this one?

Peter King picks the Dolphins to win this one.

Not that I’m campaigning for Tony Sparano or anything, but wrap your football brain around these numbers: Miami has won three straight by 66 points ... Though 3-7, the Dolphins have scored seven more points than their opposition ... And, stealing from my MMQB Stat of the Week, Miami’s opponents have scored no touchdowns in their last 35 possessions. If nothing else, the Dolphins will throw a good scare into the ‘Boys.

Vinnie Iyer at the Sporting News picks the other way, foreseeing a lopsided Cowboys win. CBS' panel goes for Dallas across the board, as does ESPN's panel.
