The 2011 season has been a long one for the Indianapolis Colts. They are 0-10 and without quarterback Peyton Manning. It's hard to imagine the Colts winning a game this season, but it could happen. In fact, a couple of experts over at ESPN believe the Colts will pull out the victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Mike Golic and Seth Wickersham are the two outsiders this week who want to look like geniuses if the Colts beat the Panthers.
NFL Picks And Predictions Week 12: Panthers Vs. Colts
The Indianapolis Colts received some support from expert prognosticators this week. The Carolina Panthers might be a team the Colts can beat this season.
Over at CBSSports.com, Pete Prisco is the lone expert to pick the Colts, both the straight selection and against the spread. This might actually be the best chance the Colts have this season to win a game. The Panthers are just 2-8 this season and have rookie Cam Newton, who is struggling right now. Otherwise, the teams might not have a chance to win again until the season finale against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
While several experts predict the Colts to win this game, the Panthers still look like the better team in this game.
