While the Philadelphia Eagles aren't technically out of the NFC East race yet, they'll need to pick up all of the wins they can over the next few weeks. That will be tough without starting quarterback Michael Vick however, who is expected to miss his second game in a row dealing with injuries. Back up quarterback Vince Young started in his place in the victory against the New York Jets last week, leading a late touchdown drive that wound up the game winner. Young should have another good day, going against the porous New England Patriots defense.
Patriots Vs. Eagles: TV Schedule, Game Time Announcers And More
Vince Young looks to get the start for the Philadelphia Eagles as they try to piece together consecutive wins against the New England Patriots.
The fall of the Patriots looked it could be coming after the Pats dropped two straight, but talks of their demise were greatly exaggerate. The past two weeks the Patriots blew out the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets by a combined score of 71-19. "We're 7-3. I don't think we're really where we hoped to be at this point," quarterback Tom Brady said about the state of the Patriots. Brady will be facing an Eagles defense that despite picking up some key secondary players in the offseason, has struggled to slow down offenses.
