NFL Picks And Predictions Week 9: Buccaneers Vs. Saints
The Bucs and Saints face off in a rematch of the Bucs’ win on Oct. 16, and both teams are looking to gain an edge in the tight NFC South race.
The Saints will look to rebound after their horrific loss to the St. Louis Rams last week, while the Bucs will try to overtake them in the NFC South race. On paper, the Saints are a much better team, but they have lost three games, and have a tendency to completely underperform for extended stretches. The Bucs, on the other hand, thrive in the fourth quarter, and only really ever lose when they can't quite quite come back.
The experts, for the record, almost unanimously believe the Saints will exact revenge on the Bucs/world. The guys at ESPN all think so, Yahoo!‘s three writers picked the Saints, and the lone brave soul was CBS’ Will Brinson. The experts all believe the Saints will win, and they’re positioned well to do so at home, but they’ve been wrong before.
