Tennessee Titans quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has two touchdown passes through the first half of their week 9 game against the Tennessee Titans. He has completed 14 of 21 passing attempts for 166 yards, helping his team get a 17-7 lead over the upstart Cincinnati Bengals this week.
Matt Hasselbeck Fantasy: Two TDs for Titans QB
Matt Hasselbeck, though he’s led the Tennessee Titans to a serviceable 4-3 record without the services of a remotely productive Chris Johnson, but he hasn’t been a useful fantasy quarterback in the process. Though he’s thrown for a respectable 1,742 yards thus far, he’s only racked up 11 touchdowns, barely more than one a game.
With Nate Washington, Hasselbeck has developed a reliable No. 1 in the absence of the injured Kenny Britt. The Titans faced the Bengals’ fantastic defense in Week 9, so Hasselbeck’s chances of a useful fantasy week were slim.
