The Green Bay Packers just keep winning, and Aaron Rodgers continues to play about as well as any NFL quarterback ever has. But the Packers' defense keeps making those wins, like Week 9's 45-38 triumph over the Chargers, more exciting than they have any right to be.
NFL Scores Week 9, Packers Vs. Chargers: Aaron Rodgers’ White-Hot Streak Continues, Green Bay Wins 38-24
Aaron Rodgers was typically brilliant in Green Bay’s win over San Diego. But the Packers’ defense basically forces him to be fantastic.

Rodgers threw for 247 yards and four touchdowns in the Packers' victory, hitting on 21 of his 26 passes. He threw one touchdown each to Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings, Jermichael Finley, and James Jones, and also ran for 50 yards.
But Rodgers has to be brilliant, given his defense. The Chargers rolled up 460 yards on the Packers, and only Philip Rivers' three interceptions really gummed up the works: two in the first quarter were returned for touchdowns, and the final one ended San Diego's comeback bid.
Rivers threw for 385 yards and four touchdowns in the loss, connecting with Vincent Jackson on three scoring strikes.
The win pushes Green Bay to a perfect 8-0 on the year. San Diego fell to 4-4 with its third straight loss.
