Mike Wallace Fantasy Update: Touchdown Grab Salvages Steelers’ Statistics

Mike Wallace was not on pace for any sort of amazing game on Sunday Night Football, but the Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver took matters into his own hands, literally. Ben Roethlisberger looked like he was throwing to Antonio Brown, but Wallace snuck in and snagged a touchdown to delight his fantasy owners.

Wallace finished Sunday night’s game with four receptions for 67 yards and the touchdown shown in the video above.

Wallace had 800 receiving yard on the season with 5 receiving touchdowns entering Week 9. Wallace was averaging 100 yards receiving per game. Wallace’s receiving yards per game were up nearly 25 yards per game from last season.

Wallace was ranked as the 5th ranked wide receiver according to Yahoo! heading into his match up with the Baltimore Ravens who rank 3rd against the pass, giving up 174 passing yards per game.
