The hits keep on coming for the Indianapolis Colts. During another blowout loss, this time to the Atlanta Falcons, the Colts lost TE Dallas Clark to a leg injury, which forced him to miss the rest of the game. He was spotted the following day with a boot on his leg and head coach Jim Caldwell said he suffered a significant leg injury that could cause him to miss multiple weeks.
Dallas Clark Injury: Colts TE Has ‘Significant’ Leg Injury
The Colts were already embroiled in one of the worst seasons in franchise history and losing someone like Clark would be a blow (as if the team needed any more bad injury news).
To make matters worse, TE Brody Eldridge also suffered a hand injury that Caldwell grouped in with the “significant” injuries.
Clark has 28 receptions for 287 yards on the season. He only played six games last season so it appears he’ll have another injury-marred season.
