A couple of weeks ago, this matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears would have been just a regular contest. But injuries to both team's quarterbacks led to some intrigue by both teams on the waiver wire for Kyle Orton. The Bears were still likely to open as nine point favorites over the Chiefs, as Odds Shark placed the opening line, before losing Cutler, but not even Orton can shift things in a better direction for the Chiefs. The line has moved down to 7-7.5 points, but it's hard to imagine any change in the Chiefs' offensive habits.
NFL Odds And Lines Week 13: Chiefs Vs. Bears
While Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley continues to call Tyler Palko the starting quarterback, Kyle Orton is still the likely man under center against the Chicago Bears on Sunday.

The Chiefs have had to rely on Tyler Palko for the last two weeks, but he's thrown six interceptions and zero touchdowns over those two games. For the Bears, Caleb Hanie has had a little bit more success in his time as the starting quarterback. Though he threw interceptions, Hanie also had two touchdown passes. Without a solid quarterback under center for either team, the over/under of 37-1/2 points seems the perfect place to put the points total at.
