It didn't take long for the game's first turnover for Sunday's game between the New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings. Drew Brees went to Jimmy Graham, but he fumbled the ball and it was recovered by Minnesota at the 48 yard line and taken to the New Orleans 26. Minnesota took over just a couple minutes into the game. It hadn't been a good offensive drive before that point, either.
Saints Vs. Vikings Score Update: Jimmy Graham Fumbles, Minnesota Gets Field Goal
Though they set up just outside the red zone, the Vikings couldn't really get anything done. Adrian Peterson gained a yard, which receiver Percy Harvin promptly lost on a run of his own, and then Christian Ponder threw a deep pass incomplete to Harvin. So with a gain of nothing, Ryan Longwell came out and booted the 44 yard field goal without issue.
Minnesota has the 3-0 lead just under four minutes into the game.
