The Pittsburgh Steelers suffered a bump on the road to winning the AFC North by losing to the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football, but at least a Wild Card spot is in the future. Things do get easier for the Steelers this week, however. They host the St. Louis Rams and opened as 16-point favorites, according to Odds Shark. The line has trended upward and reached 17 points on at least one line.
NFL Odds And Lines Week 16: Rams Vs. Steelers
The Pittsburgh Steelers already have a playoff spot secure, but they are in a battle for the AFC North title with the Baltimore Ravens. The Steelers should have few troubles against the St. Louis Rams this Saturday.

Two-plus touchdown odds are often hard to cover, but the Rams just aren't a very good team. However, the Steelers might not play quarterback Ben Roethlisberger due to concern over his ankle. Charlie Batch would be under center as a result. As long as the Steelers defense plays strong, Batch could easily lead the Steelers to a victory by a wide margin.
Throw in the possibility that the Rams are likely to start Kellen Clemens for a second week in a row, St. Louis will struggle in avoiding its sixth straight loss. The over/under for this line is set at 37 points, which we should expect to come mostly from the Steelers.
