Chris Johnson Injury Status: Titans RB Is Questionable In Week 16

Chris Johnson is questionable for Saturday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Jim Wyatt of the Nashville Tennessean. Johnson suffered a sprained ankle during last week's loss to the winless Indianapolis Colts, putting his Week 16 status in jeopardy as the Tennessee Titans fight for a playoff spot.

Earlier reports indicated that Johnson stood a good chance of finding his way onto the playing field Saturday. Still, he was held out practice Wednesday and limited Thursday, so even if he does play he may not be exactly 100 percent. The Titans need all the help they can get, however, sitting at 7-7 and chasing the 8-6 Cincinnati Bengals and New York Jets for the conference's final wild card spot. Johnson will face a Jags run defense giving up just over 110 rushing yards per game.
