Tony Romo's bruised, swollen hand was one of the more garish sights of Week 16 in the NFL. But it seems like a foregone conclusion that he will play through that injury in the Dallas Cowboys' must-win Week 17 match-up with the New York Giants, and Romo is practicing despite it this week and saying "I should be good to go this weekend."
Tony Romo Injury: Cowboys QB Practices Despite Bruised Hand
What’s more, it appears that Romo isn’t all that affected by the injury. Cowboys wide receiver Laurent Robinson claims that Romo has been superb in practice:
“I couldn’t even tell he was hurt,” Robinson said. “He had a lot of speed on the ball. He looked good.”
“He’s looked good so far and he’ll be ready for Sunday,” Robinson said.
Romo was excellent in the Cowboys’ loss to the Giants in Week 14, throwing for 321 yards and four touchdowns.
