Sam Bradford capped off an impressive season with a fitting award: Offensive Rookie of the Year
Sam Bradford Named Offensive Rookie Of The Year By AP
Bradford completed 60 percent of his passes (354-of-590) for 3,512 yards and 18 touchdowns against 15 interceptions. Despite having injury problems during his last season at Oklahoma, Bradford played in all 16 games for the Rams this year. And he was valuable to fans for more than the stats; he gave them a sense of hope, as our St. Louis blog, Turf Show Times, points out.
So to recap: $78 million, Offensive Rookie of the Year, future of the franchise. That’s a pretty good first season, no?
