Brett Favre’s Mother, Brother Aren’t Helping Matters

It’s that time of the year again. Not even the NFL Lockout can stop The 4th Annual Brett Favre Un-Retirement Watch from taking place. It’s like Bastille Day, one day you just happen to realize it’s here and all you can do is throw your hands up and accept it.

And so, because everyone can’t just agree to leave well enough alone, someone at the Biloxi Sun-Herald decided to ask Favre’s mother and brother if they thought he’d come back one more time.

“I would say there’s less than a 1 percent chance [he would return],” Scott Favre told Jones, via NFL.com. “He is retired.“

“I would hope he would not do it,” Bonita Favre added. “He is crazy if he does.”

"Less than 1 percent chance" to Brett Favre is like 90% to everyone else. So that's not helpful, Scott. Though I do think Bonita speaks for a lot of people. We all would hope he would not do it, too.
