The Minnesota Vikings travel to face the Seattle Seahawks looking to rebound from a fairly uninspiring performance last week in a 14-3 loss to the Tennessee Titans. The Vikings made big news this offseason by acquiring Donovan McNabb from the Washington Redskins. The Vikings offense was fairly quiet in the opener as McNabb and first round pick Christian Ponder split the majority of the snaps. Minnesota will look to improve on the passing attack Saturday against the Seahawks.
Seattle will look to work newly-acquired Tarvaris Jackson further into the offense. In a quarter of play last week against the San Diego Chargers, Jackson was 3 of 5 for 13 yards, and rushed for twelve yards on two carries. Fans should keep an eye on the right side of the offensive line early on as rookies James Carpenter and John Moffitt look to shore it up under offensive line coach Tom Cable.
