You’ve heard of SpyGate, get ready for TrashGate.
The Green Bay Packers Special Teams Playbook Is Trash
Expect to see Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings employees sifting through trash in the Green Bay area now that the Green Bay Packers special teams playbook has been strewn throughout the streets.
“I was just running radar here on (Highway) 57 here -- Riverside Drive -- and noticed a Waste Management truck going southbound and a bunch of papers flying out of the back of his truck,” the Brown County sheriff’s deputy said.
A fumble which Vogel realized needed a quick recovery.
It turns out those papers were from the Packers special teams playbook from Friday night’s game against Arizona.
Because this is Green Bay, Packers fans helped clean up the mess before any rival fans showed up to take Twitpics (good luck getting Eagles fans to do that). The Packers declined comment on the literal mess, but they're likely not too worried considering the playbook was already in the trash.
By the way, Deputy Jason Vogel is delightful.
