Bo Scaife Becomes Newest Cincinnati Bengals Tight End, According To Report
The Cincinnati Bengals officially signed former Tennessee Titans TE Bo Scaife on Friday.
So the Bengals pick up a tight end in Scaife who has been in the league for six years. He had a career high six touchdown receptions with the Titans and had career highs of 58 receptions and 561 yards in the 2008 season. For his career, he has 25 receptions and 2,383 yards.
Cincy Jungle notes that they liked him like they liked TE Reggie Kelly.
Hobson points out that the Bengals like many attributes in Scaife that they had in Reggie Kelly, providing "leadership for" a young group. Scaife visited the Bengals earlier this week with reports that the St. Louis Rams were also interested.
