PHOTO: Saints Fan Displays Tasteless (And Confusing) Sign

There's a certain lack of class we've come to expect from the random football fan. But this sign that an apparent Chicago Bears fan decided to bring to New Orleans for a game against the Saints takes it to a rather unbelievable low.

Look, we get that it’s all fair in love, war and football, but really? Hurricane Katrina was not nearly long enough ago to start using it like this. The city is still very much in recovery mode. Does any of this really need to be said.

Whoever this “fan” is should be absolutely ashamed. That this much energy was put into such a repugnant sign is the kind of thing that makes you question humanity.

Here’s hoping this is all a massive Photoshop failure or at least some kind of weird misunderstanding.

Edit: It was a misunderstanding. This is a Saints fan with a sign mocking this one, from 2006. The sign reads “talk that sh*t now,” with the last two words cut off. Still, this sign wasn’t the best idea in 2006, and it isn’t now, even if it is a New Orleans fan attempting to fire back.
