Eddie Royal Injury: Broncos Receiver Injures Groin; Tim Tebow Is Emergency WR

The Denver Broncos are an exceptionally banged up football team at the wide receiver position. They've just gotten a little more banged up, as Eddie Royal has been forced out of the game with a groin injury. While running a route, Royal pulled up lame and grabbed his groin muscle. Demaryius Thomas and Brandon Lloyd were already out for this game, and the Broncos did not sign or activate another receiver. This means they're down to two wide receivers, and their emergency wideout is...drumroll...Tim Tebow!

Tebow has already come in and played at wide receiver, blocking on a running play that went nowhere. If you like seeing sometimes quarterbacks who aren't necessarily great quarterbacks play at wide receiver, run to the nearest television and flip on the Denver Broncos-Cincinnati Bengals game. Tebow might catch a pass!
