Domenik Hixon Injury: Giants WR’s Return Questionable Vs. Rams

Domenik Hixon will not return to this Monday Night Football contest after the Giants wide receiver suffered an injury to his right knee. Hixon put the Giants ahead of the Rams by a score of 21-6, making a circus touchdown catch in which he juggled the ball several times in the end zone.

Hixon injured his right knee on the touchdown catch. Last season he injured the same knee, and missed last season with a torn ACL.

Hixon’s injury, along with a concussion to WR Mario Manningham, leaves the Giants very thin at wide receiver. Right now they’re going with Hakeem Nicks (who was listed pregame as questionable), Brandon Stokley and Victor Cruz.
