Buffalo Bills wide receiver Roscoe Parrish will miss the remainder of the season and will be placed on Injured Reserve, ESPN is reporting. Parrish had injured his ankle in Sunday's 38-35 win over the Oakland Raiders, and on Monday Bills coach Chan Gailey was cautioned that it could be a serious injury. It appears this is close to a worst-case scenario.
Roscoe Parrish Injury: Buffalo Bills WR Headed To Injured Reserve
Roscoe Parrish injured his ankle in Sunday’s win over the Raiders and will reportedly miss the rest of the season.

Parrish is has been known more as a kick return specialist but was emerging as more of a receiving threat. He was hurt while blocking for teammate Stevie Johnson on a 19-yard reception. Last year, he was in the midst of a career year when his season was ended prematurely with a wrist injury. Prior to his injury, he had caught 33 passes for 400 yards and scored two touchdowns, all career highs despite playing in just eight games.
His expectations were high heading into this year, but through two games he had caught just one pass for 16 yards.
