It's well known at this point that Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo suffered a rib injury, as well as a punctured lung, against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2. That's a fact that hasn't escaped DeAngelo Hall of the Washington Redskins, who play Romo's Cowboys in Week 3.

Hall says, if given the opportunity, he knows where he’ll be hitting Romo, if he plays, this week.
"Absolutely. I want to get a chance to put my helmet on whatever's hurt," Hall said. "Romo's ribs - I'm going to be asking for some corner blitzes. If I know Felix Jones' shoulder's hurt, I'm not going to cut him. I'm definitely going to try to hit him up high, so that's just part of it.
"If you know something's wrong with an opponent, you're going to try to target in on that. We're going to try to definitely get as many hats on that team as possible."
This isn’t really uncommon and it’s one of the reasons some coaches would prefer to keep the specifics of their players’ injuries to themselves.
That said, Romo’s status for Sunday is still up in the air. ESPN’s Adam Schefter cites a source close to Romo who says he’ll be playing but we won’t know that for sure until the two teams meet.
Romo’s performance in Week 2 against the 49ers was good enough to earn him the game ball from SB Nation’s Blogging The Boys.
