The Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianapolis Colts were unable to put any points on the board during the third quarter, partially thanks to a botched field goal from Shaun Suisham that caromed off the goal post. The visiting team was able to tie the game at 13 apiece on their first drive of the final quarter when Suisham redeemed himself with a 44-yard field goal.
Steelers Vs. Colts: Pittsburgh Field Goal Ties The Game As Colts Insert Curtis Painter
Suisham is now 2-of-3 on field goal attempts, but he almost didn't get a third attempt -- at least not on this drive. The Steelers got lucky a couple of times to keep the scoring drive alive as a pass interference call on Pat Angerer and then the ability to convert on third and a mile put the team within Suisham's striking distance.
Curtis Painter will take the field during the fourth quarter for the Colts as he attempts to lead the team to their first victory of the season as starter Kerry Collins undergoes a concussion test.
