The Dallas Cowboys won't have DE Igor Olshansky lining up at defensive end in the 2011 season. Per multiple reports, Olshansky has been told that he will not be returning to the Cowboys this year. Olshansky has been a 3-4 defensive end throughout his career playing with the San Diego Chargers before moving onto Dallas. He'll draw interest from 3-4 teams and depending on the price would be a solid addition to a team.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was just talking this week about the defensive line on the 53-man roster.
And then I like our depth across our defensive line. We’re going to keep seven defensive linemen. That’s one more than you might keep, but gives us a lot of flexibility and we’ll be able to keep them fresh.
