Dan Snyder Sues With His Heart, Not His Eyes

In an interview with the New York Times, Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder admitted that he hasn't actually ever read the Washington City Paper article that he is currently suing them over. When asked to clarify how he could file a lawsuit over something he hadn't even seen with his own eyes, Snyder responded, "Because I heard all the details."

↵Which gets me thinking...

↵Dan Snyder seems like the kind of guy who has a Google Alert for his name. There’s a good chance he might have this post delivered to his email inbox. And he might glance at the title of it and make a sweeping assumption about its contents. And then he might call his lawyer to investigate “SBee Notion or something like that” and find out our company history, if we have an anti-Washington Redskins bias, whether or not Six Flags has ever advertised with us and what our projected earnings are for 2011. And then that lawyer might file a lawsuit against us!

↵I probably shouldn’t have written any of this.
