VIDEO: Drew Brees Does His Thing, Tosses Another Touchdown

Drew Brees isn't going to catch Tom Brady for the single-season touchdown passing record, but he seems to be giving it the good ol' college try. Heading into the final game needing nine touchdown passes to equal Brady's record of 50, Brees tossed his first touchdown of the game in the first quarter. It was a beauty too, hitting Marques Colston in the back of the end zone.

The Saints defense continues to be a rather big question, and they have already given up a touchdown in this one, but that offense is practically unstoppable. The touchdown pass to Colston was the Saints 12th play from scrimmage. It was the eighth one that had gone for at least 10 yards. That includes both of their touchdowns.

While Brees won’t catch Brady, he is building on his NFL record for passing yards in a season. He already has 91 yards and will almost certainly pass the 5,200-yard mark.
