The Ravens offense finally started to get some yards again on this drive. A two-yard run from Ray Rice was followed by a 13-yard catch from tight end Dennis Pitta. Flacco hit him on a crossing route over the middle. He then found Torrey Smith on the right side of the field for a nine-yard gain. Vonta Leach converted it into a first down with a one-yard run.

Another set of down, another short run from Ray Rice. Then it was all Anquan Boldin. Easily the Ravens' top offensive player so far, Boldin caught his fourth pass of the game, a 14-yarder that move the Ravens to the Houston 31-yard line.

Back to Rice for a five-yard gain on the new set of downs. A timeout by Texans head coach Gary Kubiak took some steam out of the Ravens' drive, resulting in two incomplete passes that ended the drive. Billy Cundiff hit a 44-yard field goal to extend their lead.
