Super Bowl Schedule Will Feature Patriots Vs. Giants Or 49ers

The New England Patriots are the first team in the 2012 Super Bowl. The Patriots defeated the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday afternoon in the AFC Championship game, 23-20. The Patriots now move onto Indianapolis for Super Bowl XLVI where they'll face either the New York Giants (again) or San Francisco 49ers. The Giants and 49ers meet in San Francisco on Sunday night.

For you Patriots fans planning out trip to Indianapolis, site of this year's Super Bowl, the essential information is that the game is on Sunday, February 5 at Lucas Oil Stadium (where the Colts play) in Indianapolis. The game time is 6:30 p.m. (ET).

For those watching at home, the game will be televised on NBC.

The Patriots should know their opponent by 10:00 p.m. (ET) or so when the Giants and 49ers game ends. If the odds mean anything, the Patriots can expect to play the 49ers, who are favored by three points (depending where you look).
