Jeff Fisher’s Next Interview Is With St. Louis Rams

The next stop for free agent coach Jeff Fisher?

The St. Louis Rams. Fisher is expected to interview with team owner Stan Kroenke on Thursday. Fisher has already interviewed with the Miami Dolphins and may interview with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He's at the top of the free agent coaching list this year with Jon Gruden and Bill Cowher staying in TV so he has a lot of interest.

The Rams may end up being the ones to snag Fisher. His agent, Marvin Demoff, is the father of the Rams COO. That connection could come in handy if the two sides want to work together.

More importantly, the Rams should have just about everything Fisher wants -- a good young quarterback in Sam Bradford, lots of cap space and the No. 2 pick in the upcoming draft. Those are all valuable assets that Fisher should be interested in.

The interview is expected to go down on Thursday, but it’s unclear when Fisher will make up his mind.
