Ben Roethlisberger’s Injury Doesn’t Concern Steelers Coach Mike Tomlin

When the Pittsburgh Steelers play the Denver Broncos this weekend, it'll be all about the quarterbacks. On one side of the field, you have Tim Tebow, who we know generates plenty of headlines. On the other side, you have Ben Roethlisberger, who is dealing with an ankle injury.

Roethlisberger indicated earlier this week that he suffered a setback to his injured ankle the week before against the Cleveland Browns. He didn't say he wouldn't play -- just a setback. But he did say he was a "5" on a scale of 1-10 when it came to his health.

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin isn’t too concerned with Roethlisberger’s ankle.

“I’m not worried about how he feels right now,” Tomlin said. “Hopefully, he’s not a ‘5’ on Sunday. I doubt he will be.”

Most teams and players dont’ want to talk about injuries so that the opponent doesn’t have an edge. That’s apparently not the case with Roethlisberger, who often talks about his injuries.
