Falcons Vs. Giants, NFL Playoffs 2012 Weather Update

The Atlanta Falcons travel to New York to take on the Giants Sunday afternoon in an NFC Wild Card matchup to determine who will face the 15-1 Green Bay Packers. It's always a dangerous situation for a team from the South that plays in a dome to travel north to play outside. Fortunately for the Falcons, Weather.com is predicting weather in the mid-40s with no precipitation and wind touching the double-digits in m.p.h.

A report like this seems to assure that weather won’t have much of an impact in the game. Both teams run balanced offenses, both quarterbacks skew toward reliability, and both have depndable and deep receiving corps. No matter where this game would be played, the teams appear relatively even, but the Giants have the luxury of home field.

Check out Big Blue View for the latest on the Giants and The Falcoholic for the latest on the Falcons, and head on over to the SBNation NFL news hub for everything you need to know about the 2012 playoffs.
