Matt Cassel has officially been ruled out for Week 6 by the Kansas City Chiefs due to a concussion suffered last week against the Baltimore Ravens, Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star reports. As a result, Brady Quinn will start at quarterback on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Matt Cassel officially ruled out for Week 6, Brady Quinn to start: Fantasy implications
Matt Cassel has officially been ruled by the Chiefs for Week 6, giving Brady Quinn the start against the Buccaneers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: This news was expected, but it’s nice to have official confirmation just to put fantasy owners at ease. Not that Cassel was much of fantasy option, anyway. He has struggled mightily with turnovers this season, making him hardly worth a roster spot except in deeper leagues. Brady Quinn is not expected to be any better, even this week against a relatively weak Bucs secondary. You are better off staying away from Kansas City quarterbacks for now.
