Minnesota Vikings quarterback (knee) was able to go in full practice on Thursday, his second straight day of full practice, and looks ready to start against the Washington Redskins on Sunday. Ponder has dealt with a number of ailments this year but has yet to miss a game. The second-year pro was off to a hot start but has settled down as of late, throwing two interceptions in his last start. Overall, Ponder has 6 TD and 2 INT with a QB rating of 95.5 in five starts.
Christian Ponder injury update: Full practice signals go-ahead for fantasy quarterback
The Minnesota quarterback has played in two full practices and looks good to go. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Take: The Redskins are 31st against the pass, so feel free to start Ponder if you don’t have a proven, elite option in a decent matchup. Ponder still has some work to do, his 6.85 yards per attempt isn’t that good, but he’s got a couple of great weapons and could feast on the Washington defense. He’d either be the highest QB2 in fantasy or a decent QB1.
