Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (knee) was upgraded to a full participant in Thursday's practices, reports Nick Scurfield. Foster was limited in Wednesday's practice, but it was only a day off coming off a massive workload on Monday Night Football. He's not expected to miss Week 6 against the Green Bay Packers.
Arian Foster full participant in Thursday practice, still top fantasy player
Arian Foster was upgraded to a full practice Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Nothing to worry about this week. Foster is second in the league with 532 rushing yards, and is on pace for around 18 total TDs. He's been everything fantasy owners have hoped for as the consensus No. 1 pick. However, he is getting a grueling workload (on pace for 422 carries), so the team should utilize Ben Tate and Justin Forsett more down the stretch. In the meantime, Foster remains a must-start against the Packers this week.
