Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder) is officially inactive for Thursday Night Football against the Pittsburgh Steelers, reports Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean. Matt Hasselbeck will get the start again. This is the second straight game Locker will miss after leaving Week 5 with an aggravated shoulder injury. With no chance to heal up fast enough to play on a short week, the team is eyeing Week 7 against the Bills for his return.
Jake Locker inactive for TNF, last chance to remove from fantasy lineups
Jake Locker is officially inactive for TNF against the Steelers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Locker was already ruled out earlier, so this is just official confirmation. Hasselbeck has low fantasy upside and I don't recommend starting him tonight, even with Pittsburgh's defense banged up. Here are Tennessee's other inactives: RB Javon Ringer, OL Deuce Lutui, OL Mike Otto, DT DaJohn Harris, WR Lavelle Hawkins and LB Patrick Bailey.
