Fantasy Impact: He’s underutilized with Jake Locker. He’s underutilized without Jake Locker. Despite the Titans expressing interest in getting Cook more involved in the passing game, it hasn’t quite panned out that way. Cook is averaging under four receptions per game at this point, a statistic that isn’t going to do much for your matchup each week. We’ll see how things play out when Locker returns, but don’t expect the breakout season so many were expecting from Cook with the way Tennessee’s offense is going.
