RGIII injury: Redskins QB questionable Week 6 but expected to play
Robert Griffin III practiced with the Redskins on Friday.

While speaking about the matter after practice, head coach Mike Shanahan didn’t yet know if Griffin would be listed as questionable or probable, but he was optimistic about the quarterback’s ability to play this weekend. “If he passes his tests and we don’t see any symptoms then it looks like he’ll be ready to go,” Shanahan said. Shanahan added, though, that if something were to come up before game time that made them uncomfortable with playing Griffin, they’d play it safe and hold him out.
Griffin has started all five games for the Redskins in 2012. He has completed 69.1 percent of his passes for 1,161 yards, four touchdowns and one interception.
