Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller split touches for the Buffalo Bills during Sunday's win over the Arizona Cardinals. Jackson was the bigger focus, carrying the ball 16 times for 53 yards and a touchdown and catching five passes for 30 yards. Spiller was more productive, however, gaining 88 yards and a touchdown on his 12 carries and 22 yards on four receptions.
Fred Jackson, C.J. Spiller split touches Sunday: Fantasy implications.
Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller split touches during the Bills’ win over the Cardinals on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Both backs could be productive once again against an iffy Tennessee Titans defense next week. Jackson now has 126 yards rushing and one touchdown on 44 carries through four games this season. Spiller has 453 yards rushing and four touchdowns on 60 carries through six games.
Fantasy Impact: It appears that both running backs will get their touches going forward. Luckily, both Spiller and Jackson are talented enough to produce for fantasy owners, though not to the extent that they would if they owned their own backfields.
Though Jackson lacks Spiller’s explosiveness, he is the more complete back and could continue to see a slight preference from the coaching staff. Whether that means he will always be the better fantasy option remains to be seen. He certainly wasn’t Sunday.
