Robert Griffin III is the first rookie quarterback in the Super Bowl era to rush for more than 100 yards and have at least two rushing touchdowns in the same game, according to the NFL. Griffin finished Sunday's win over the Minnesota Vikings with 138 yards on 13 carries, most of them coming on a game-sealing 76-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Griffin, who also scored on a 7-yard run in the third quarter, played a week after suffering a concussion against the Atlanta Falcons.
Robert Griffin III pulls off first for rookie QB in Super Bowl era: Fantasy implications
Robert Griffin III is the first rookie quarterback in the Super Bowl era to run for more than 100 yards and have two or more rushing touchdowns in an NFL game. We break down the fantasy implications.

In 2011, Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton ran for at least two touchdowns three times during his rookie season but never gained more than 54 rushing yards in those games. The Washington Redskins take on the New York Giants in Week 7.
Fantasy Impact: There were plenty of people calling for Griffin to not play after suffering a concussion in Week 5 but fantasy owners have to be ecstatic that he did. His long touchdown run in the fourth quarter was a thing of beauty and another example of why the Redskins gave up so much to get him.
Assuming Griffin is healthy, he will be a No. 1 fantasy option at quarterback in most weeks.
