Jay Cutler has taken the tough-guy approach with his offensive line at times this season, famously bumping J'Marcus Webb. On Monday night against the Lions, Cutler tried a different tact to reach his blockers.

That's Cutler sharing a tender moment, a thanks-for-being-a-friend kind of thing with Bears guard Chilo Rachal. He was trying to calm his blocker a bit.
