The NFC West leading San Francisco 49ers could still be without two key playmakers when they face the Arizona Cardinals in a division head-to-head on Monday. Running back Frank Gore and wide receiver Mario Manningham are both listed as questionable following Week 7 action against the Seattle Seahawks last Thursday.

Gore’s X-rays showed that he suffered bruised ribs, while the shoulder injury that kept Manningham out of the Seahawks game could keep him sidelined against the Cardinals.

For Arizona, tight end Todd Heap (knee), linebacker Reggie Walker (head), safety Kerry Rhodes (back), defensive back Greg Toler (hamstring) and running back Anthony Sherman are all listed as questionable for the 49ers game.

Elsewhere in the division, St. Louis Rams offensive tackles Wayne Hunter (back) and Rodger Saffold (knee) are listed as questionable for their Week 8 game against the New England Patriots. Linebacker Mario Haggan (leg) and defensive tackle Matt Conrath are also listed as questionable.

In Seattle, defensive back Byron Maxwell (hamstring), defensive tackle Jaye Howard (foot) and guard John Moffitt (knee) are all questionable for the Lions game.
